Join beloved Akron natives Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, also known as The Black Keys, when they rock the Schott on March 4 with special guests The Arctic Monkeys. 

Based on the story and characters from William Steig’s book Shrek! as well as the animated film Shrek, the musical stage version of this tall tale is just as fun. The musical follows the story of a swamp-dwelling ogre named Shrek who goes on a life-changing adventure to reclaim the deed to his land. Joined by wise-cracking donkey, this unlikely hero fights a fearsome dragon, rescues a feisty princess, and ultimately learns that real friendship and true love aren’t only found in fairytales.
