When they claim the seafood is fresh at McCormick & Schmick’s, we’ll happily provide the third-party endorsement that this is indeed the case. The food is so fresh, in fact, that they print their menu twice a day to accommodate the selection of fresh catch and the preparation method of choice for the chef on staff. This month, we tried the Northwest Salmon Saute ($9.95), which is fresh cut salmon, served in a seafood sauce with mushrooms, blackberries and hazelnuts.
