Hallow High
Returning for a second year on October 31st is the HighBall Halloween event in the Short North Arts District. For over eight hours, High Street will only be open to those with a healthy dose of Halloween spirit. A cross between Carnival, Mardi Gras and Halloween, the evening will cost you just $2 to witness outrageous costume contests, a Couture Costume Fashion Showdown, the Dogtober Howloween Procession, as well as DJs and tons of prizes. All we have to say is, “Bring it!”
